A: Check-out time is 11am.
Q: What if I am arriving late?
A: We understand if you need to arrive later in the day. We do, however, politely ask you to call us and let us know if this is the case. You can reach us at 206-718-5401.
Q: Are your rooms pet-friendly?
A: Yes, we welcome pets however we require that you inform us if you intend to have pets with you when you make your reservations and additionally, that you keep them off the furniture in the suites. If you need a bed for your pet we can provide one for you.
Q: Where is your town located?
A: We are located just 40 miles north-northwest of Seattle on the waterfront. Please refer to our Driving Directions section for more details on finding your way to the Clam Cannery.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: If you would like to cancel your reservations more than 60 days in advance, there is only no fee. If the cancellation is within 30 days of your booking, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental fee. Cancellations made 14 or more days from your scheduled date of arrival can be rescheduled based on availability. There is no refund on bookings canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival date.
